We have designed, manufactured and installed 87 soft play areas across 6 countries and we maintain a total of 103 play areas across the UK and Europe.

The use of visual stimulation is key to creating an interactive and entertaining soft play area and by using our unique printing and production processes we can create the ultimate enjoyment for children as proven when working with some of the largest entertainment brands in the world!

We can produce soft play environments incorporating your company’s characters, logo and colours, themed to reflect your brand, trade or character whether for B2B, shopping mall or a family entertainment centre; we can deliver the right product for your environment.

We design, manufacture and install in accordance with BS EN1176 – 10.

Design

It all begins with an idea. And your idea for your next leisure attraction can be manifested in a creative, successful and cost effective way with the right supplier. We have expert designers who have over a decade experience designing leisure attractions to ensure your business objectives are met and often exceeded.

First step is a meeting with one of the team, no matter your geographical location. We’ll discuss your ideas and survey the intended area for the new play area.

All design consultations are free as we strongly believe that you should be under no time pressure when it comes to design, and we see the difference this makes years down the line.

Our designers will then develop multiple 3D renders of your play equipment until you are satisfied.

Manufacturing

TLG is one of the few companies who can own and take responsibility for the full journey and delivery of your new leisure attraction. We manufacture ourselves to British and European standards and safety regulations. We know that product quality is integral to you and your customers’ experience, therefore we have our own exclusive and carefully chosen material suppliers and our workmanship is controlled through a transparent QC process every step of the way.

All equipment is manufactured at our factory in South Wales. We don’t buy or source products from anyone else. Quality really does matter and we back our own to be the best you’ll find.

All materials meet the British and European tests for fire retardancy compliance, and before completion we supply you with a file that contains certificates of all the materials used in the construction of the play equipment.

Installation

It’s your project and you need transparency and flexibility. The project manager will introduce you to the install foreman and team on arrival. We’ll talk through the installation schedule with you and your other suppliers so that all construction trades can work together efficiently.

Our installation team is fully insured and made up of experienced professionals – you will have a passionate team onsite to build you a leisure attraction you’ll be proud of.

We arrange a maintenance visit 6 months after the grand opening so that we can check over your equipment and make sure you are happy with everything!

After the first 12 months we have maintenance packages available to suit your needs HOWEVER we are on the end of a phone 24/7 for any emergencies.

If we did not supply your play equipment, then we have the same maintenance packages and 24/7 support available too!

Trampoline Parks

Most project spaces and locations are unique, offering specific opportunities and potential. We’ll work on the strategy with you to design, manufacture and install a trampoline park which meets demand in a targeted way.

TLG has built some of the largest trampoline parks in Europe that can cater for up to 500 users/hour, and yet we also know how to maximise smaller spaces for optimum customer entertainment!

Maintenance & Cleaning

Our commitment to you doesn’t stop after your launch day - we know this is when your hard work really begins and when you’ll need reliable, helpful and professional suppliers for your maintenance and cleaning needs.

Safety and sustainability is critical to us as a company therefore maximising the longevity of your leisure attraction through thorough and considered maintenance is what TLG promises.

Inflatable Parks

Inflatables are a fantastic option for customers keen to upgrade their existing leisure facilities.

If you are at the beginning stages of opening an indoor inflatable park, we offer a no fee service to visit your premises and carry out a survey followed by a detailed floor plan of what your new park could be… think of the possibilities!

We’ve quite literally travelled the globe and audited a variety of suppliers to ensure we source the best quality, most cost effective materials to pass on these benefits to you and your customers - safety first.
