We have designed, manufactured and installed 33 parks across 7 countries and we maintain 47 trampoline parks across the UK and EU.

  •          All equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the regulations set by the different governing bodies.

  •          Trampoline parks: We design, manufacture and install in accordance with ASTM guidelines and British PAS 5000

  •          All materials used in the manufacture of any product have been independently tested to both European and British Standards.

  •          All installations include a post installation independent inspection followed with a certificate of its conformity to the standards we adhere to.

Insurance

As a company, we insure every part of the process, from insurance backed deposit schemes on confirmation of order to product liability insurance post completion – for your piece of mind we are covered on every aspect of our service!

Design

2D architectural layouts of the entire building, this includes equipment layouts, reception, toilet facilities, kitchen, party rooms, café area and more – we often work with your shop fitters during the design stage to ensure your park will not only look fantastic but will also operate efficiently at the busiest of times.

Equipment design – 3D renders of the trampoline equipment, soft play areas, ninja warrior course and more depending on your choices – we can also supply a video walk through for marketing purposes.

Graphic design – we design and print graphics for all areas of your park – this includes party rooms, café areas, outside signs and more.

Manufacturing

We manufacture all equipment at our headquarters in South Wales (UK) using materials that meet British and European tests for fire retardancy compliance and building regulations. Before completion we supply you with a file that contains certificates of all the materials used in the construction of the park, this also includes a structural engineer’s report on the design of our systems.

All equipment will be delivered by our trusted couriers and is insured during delivery. And don’t worry, our installation team will be ready onsite to unload!

Installation

A day before the arrival of the equipment, the project manager will introduce you to the install foreman and team who are all experienced professionals.

Both project manager and install foreman will talk through the installation schedule with your suppliers so that all construction trades can work together efficiently to meet the scheduled grand opening!

After installing your brand-new park, we arrange a maintenance visit 6 months and 12 months after the grand opening so that we can check over your park and make sure you are happy with everything!

After the first 12 months we have maintenance packages available to suit your needs but we are always available 24/7 for any emergencies.

If we did not supply your trampoline park then we have the same maintenance packages and 24/7 support available too!
